ONE ELEVEN has emerged from a 1970s office tower which has been given a long overdue aesthetic and functional upgrade, including the addition of Sentinel Bar and Grill to the eastern plaza.



The upgrade of the entry levels of Curtin University’s TL Robertson Library, including the refurbishment of the Bookmark Café, encourages and enhances links between information resources, casual learning spaces and the public realm.



The final phase of the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre development has transformed the centre into a lively and attractive community hub, comprising a new north-south mall, a bustling food precinct and 10 residential apartments along Key Largo drive.



Scotch Middle School provides contemporary facilities for middle school education, including a new library and gallery, whilst forging a connection with the existing senior school through landscaping and a new pedestrian underpass.



As part of the revitalisation of Crown Perth’s entertainment precinct, The Merrywell integrates design, architecture and urban landscaping to create a series of eclectic dining and lounge spaces in which to dine and dwell.
