We are pleased to announce two recent promotions.

Ashleigh O’Neill has advanced to the role of Senior Architect. Ashleigh’s attention to detail is critical to her role as Quality Assurance Lead at TRCB. This ability is complemented by her capacity for big thinking, as evidenced by her leadership on masterplanning and brief development for education projects such as Emmaus Catholic Primary School and the International School of WA. Most recently she has focussed on the design and delivery of education projects for a range of clients including the Department of Education (DoE), Catholic and Independent Schools. Ashleigh’s promotion recognises her in-depth understanding of education sector drivers and her proven ability to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Andrew Piccoli’s promotion to Associate not only acknowledges his expertise in education – with many years of experience delivering significant projects for the DoE as well as private schools – but also his leadership in delivering large scale master planning and urban design projects. Andrew’s natural leadership qualities ensure our project teams are well resourced and productive, while his capability in working across all aspects of projects has cemented his role within our practice leadership.
