Charmaine has over 20 years’ experience working in the architecture industry, both in Perth and in the UK. As an Associate Director at TRCB, Charmaine balances an active involvement in studio practice management with her leadership on education projects.

Charmaine is driven by a passion for creating inspiring learning spaces. She is highly motivated and client-focused, with experience in managing a variety of complex educational projects to deliver outcomes on time and on budget. Coordinating key stakeholder groups and large consultant teams throughout each stage of a project is a key strength that is valued by clients.

Project highlights include the Curtin University Engineering Higher Degree Research Facility, the Innovation Centre at Wesley College, and the John XXIII College Masterplan.
