Fred Chaney is a Director of Taylor Robinson Chaney Broderick.

He has extensive experience in masterplanning and the cultural and civic sectors, infrastructure projects, multi-residential development and tertiary education.

Fred is an advocate for informed and integrated approaches to environmentally sustainable design across all building types and larger scale planning initiatives. He was the first Western Australian based director appointed to the board of the Green Building Council of Australia and was Project Director for WA’s first 6 Star Greenstar As-Built project.

Understanding, challenging and creatively responding to a project brief is the foundation of every successful commission. Fred is experienced and skilled at achieving an effective collaborative design process for the client and the project team, and translating this process into thoughtfully conceived and robust architectural solutions.
