As the second phase in a wider development to create a coherent engineering precinct at Curtin University, Building 216 is a new research centre that embraces flexibility and natural light. Completed in late 2012, the $14 million teaching and learning facility is a four level building comprising 3000 sqm of flexible academic office and teaching accommodation, including higher degree research collaborative spaces.
