Harrisdale Retail Centre

Date: 2015

To accommodate for extensive urban growth in the area Taylor Robinson Chaney Broderick designed a new mixed use neighbourhood centre in Harrisdale. This centre includes a new main street, with open air food and beverage eateries, a public plaza and approx. 2500sqm of new retail/commercial area providing much needed amenity for the surrounding residential community. This centre also includes a Woolworths and one of the first Aldi stores to be opened in Western Australia. It is registered for a 4 star GreenStar rating as designed and constructed against the Retail V1 Tool.

Harrisdale Neighbourhood Centre marks the completion of stage one of a two stage retail complex, with masterplanning for future expansion under consideration.
